Sexy Body in the City ( Summer body challenge)

Hiya Peeps,

I knew I wanted to increase my sexy for the summer (is this possible) hell I don't know, but I thought I would give it a try.  For me this will not be a diet.  I actually want to stop falling into the pitfalls of city life and get right.  I'm hoping to achieve optimum physical, spiritual and mental health.  Now the official jump off is not until the 1st March where I will be reaching out to you guyz in an effort to get some moral support during this journey.  Also I will be doing regular updates about what, how and when I'm making my changes and wheather or not I will be able to successfully keep it up.



  Action:
From today, and for the duration of the challenge I will be giving up fast food. That s right guys. No Mcdonalds, Chinese, pizza etc, etc.... I will be eating foods cooked foods from my own fair hand, or that of mi familia only. When I am feeling hungry and I do not want to cook I will no longer reach for a take out menu.







Reason:
Processed foods are not good for us they are unatural and compromise the temple on every level. The salt content, sugar content, oil content in many are these foods are crazy. Not to mention the preservatives. I personally believe that these foods if eaten to excess mess with Labido and I ain't prepared to risk it.


Action:
No white processed goods. This one is going to be tough.  I love me some Dunkin Donuts, Flour, White Basmati rice,sugar, Cows milk.

Reason:
Now to be fair guys I rarely consume Cows milk however I do eat ice cream, and when I make porridge I may add condensed milk for texture and flavour.  Many of us have dairy intolerances.  In the past when I discussed this issue with my Father who subcribes to a mostly Ital (vegan) diet he explained to me the perils of dairy consumption (do your research you lazy bums, I ain't no doctor) so I came up with a little trick that I can use when I'm tempted.  Just imagine yourself sucking a cows udder (I know, uuuuuuuuuuuuugghh) and you won't want the product any more. I will be using milk alternatives as a substitute including soya which some people don't do well with.  I will also be making my own Almond milk. (yes I know how)

As for the other white goods I plan to substitute these products with wholegrain alternatives.  Now my home girl J gave me some advice and it has turned out to be been golden.  Not all wholegrain/milk subsitute products are created equally. Keep trying different brands as what you may find tastes nasty in one brand may be yummilicious in another.

This is not just about my hotness. (okay, okay it mostly is) I want to have the mental capacity to not only cope but succeed in this crazy city.

Action:
I will meditate or be still for at least ten minutes a day.

Reason:
To reduce stress, and focus my thoughts so that there is space for clarity.







I believe that the body mind and spirit are connected therefore by taking control of one area like food we are allowing room for growth and positivity in all areas. Those of you that want to join me even if it is by making the smallest upgrade please message me and let  know how it's going.
Please bear in mind the changes I'm making are based on what works for me and  my temple you may find that your choices will vary to mine.
